Thanks to the Internet connection provided by the client, our technician accesses the operation system of the software or of the control, checks the error, fixes any wrong parameter and allows the client to get back to cutting. All of this for the SLIMCUT plasma cutting machineries.

The PLASMA PLUS service, however, is also provided to those cutters of don’t have a SLIMCUT machinery.
